- How do you determine the amount you will offer on a house?
- It depends on several factors. What does the property appraise for? What will the property be worth 3-4 years from now? How much work does the property need? etc.
- Do I need a realtor to sell to you?
- Absolutely not. We can save you money by cutting out realtor fees.
- Can you take over payments on my house?
- Yes! Not only will we take over your payments, we will bring your payments up to date if you are behind in payments.
- Once I fill out your form am I obligated to use your service?
- Absolutely not. Filling out our form will enable us to research your home and give you a quick quote within 24 hrs. If you don't like our quote then you can pursue other options.
- Do you only buy houses?
- No, we will purchase condominiums, duplexes, beach properties, land, farms, office buildings, townhouses, mobile homes, etc.
- Do I have to have equity in my home for you to purchase it?
- No, low to no equity cases are very common. We have creative solutions that will allow us to purchase your home no matter how much you owe.
- What kind of houses do you buy?
- We buy houses in any condition, area, or price!
- What do you mean by "any condition"?
- We will buy your house "as-is". Meaning you don't need to make any repairs.
- What do you charge?
- Unlike realtors, we don't have any charges or fees.
- If I fill out your seller form, will I hear from you?
- Once we receive your information we will contact you ASAP (usually within 24 to 48 hours). However, if you don't hear from us in a timely manner then please give us a call to make sure re received your information correctly.
- Is it better to call our fill out your seller form?
- Whatever way you feel more comfortable with. Either way we will need to get your information and research your property prior to making an offer.
- Do you offer cash for referrals?
- Absolutely! If you know anyone who needs to sell their home please have them give us a call. We'll pay up to $1000 for each house that you refer to us and we buy.
- How does your process work?
- Fill out our sellers form
- We assign an associate to your case
- We present you with an offer
- We close quickly on your property
